State the reason why you want to take on the topic.

Because English education of Japan is regarded grammar as important. And English is used only English class in Japan, we rarely use English out of school. So It's hard for many Japanese to speak English and to communicate in English. Then we want to know how to study English of foreign countries and want to think what good English education is.
日本の英語教育は文法を重視しています。そして、日本では、英語は授業の時にしか使われず、学校外で英語を使うことは滅多にありません。だから、多くの日本人は英語を話したり、英語でコミュニケーションをとったりすることを苦手としています。そこで、私たちは、他国の人々がどのように英語を勉強しているのかを知り、どんな英語教育が良いのかを考えたいと思ったからです。
日本の英語教育は文法を重視しています。そして、日本では、英語は授業の時にしか使われず、学校外で英語を使うことは滅多にありません。だから、多くの日本人は英語を話したり、英語でコミュニケーションをとったりすることを苦手としています。そこで、私たちは、他国の人々がどのように英語を勉強しているのかを知り、どんな英語教育が良いのかを考えたいと思ったからです。

Thorough the project, what messages do you wish to convey, and to whom?

1.To teachers, especially English teachers.
We introduce English education of foreign countries. And We give a chance to reexamine English education of Japan.
2.To the children and the parents.
We tell the English education to them, and we work on appeal to them to be conscious of their English study.
教育者、特に英語教育に携わる人に、まずは他国で行われている英語教育を紹介し、自国の英語教育を見直すきっかけとしたい。また、その教育をうける子ども及びその親に対しても日本の英語教育の現状や他国のそれと比較した際の問題点などを伝え、今後の英語学習の意識づけとなるようにしたい。

Why is it important for other people to know about your topic?
(どうして他の人はその問題について知らなければならないと思いますか。)
Because English is a common language in the world now. In an increasingly internationalized world, English is very important. But Japanese who are educated English education of Japan can't speak English. So we want to tell this English education to teachers so that we can speak English in the world. And we hope that the teachers reexamine English education of Japan.
現在、英語は世界共通語です。ますます国際化している世界の中で、英語はとても重要になっています。しかし、日本人は、英語が話せるようになりません。私たちは、日本人が英語を世界で話せるようになるために、教育者たちにこの問題について伝えたいです。そして、彼らが日本の英語教育を見直すことを望んでいます。

We'll put data of each countries in order using some pictures and so on.
